HTC Android phones are usually some of the best on the market. Good hardware, timely updates, and good customer service. They also utilize the best skin for android currently, which is HTC Sense. Even if you dont like HTC Sense, HTC Android phones are among the easiest to root and flash ROMs onto. Recently though, HTC has been locking down their phones Thunderbolt, Incredible S so if you are looking for a hackable phone, go with some of the older HTC phones. This change only happened in the past month or so, so many of the HTC phones from late are still relevant with good processors and screens.
