Are prepaid phones and minutes sold separately?
Before you say no, I want to go more into detail. Im thinking about buying a new prepaid phone but I just want to know that if I first get a new one,do they already provide minutes in there or do I have to get minutes even for a newly bought phone? I dont have enough money so please tell me how it is...thanks
