My Wii is not working. How can i fix it?
I turn on my Wii, go to the menu, push in the disk and wait for it to pop up. after it does, i click on it and play it. but then this error message apears. quot An error has ocured. Press the eject button and remove the disk. Turn the power off. And follow the instructions in the Wii operations manual.quot The problem with this is that my Wii wont turn off. I have to unplug the entire thing from the wall for it to turn off. i have been waiting on the phone for forever and no one has helped me yet when I called the help line. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem before and knew how to fix it. PLEASE HELP. kk thanks.

If you follow all the directions and it still doesnt work, try contacting the Nintendo company through email their website and customer service. And keep calling, theyre probably just busy a lot of the time, but you should get through eventually.
